It can also be layered under a jacket for a more dressy look. For reference, I am 5\' 3\" 124 pounds and the size medium fits perfectly.

It is nice you can tuck it in or keep it out or put a blazer with it to dress it up more. I think the neckline and gatherings are very flattering. 135lbs and a medium fit me well.
