I like this for a work shirt, but I could dress it down with jeans and some kind of boots. Fits great on my tall 5.10 figure. It is nice you can tuck it in or keep it out or put a blazer with it to dress it up more. I think the neckline and gatherings are very flattering. 135lbs and a medium fit me well.
