I bought this shirt before reading the reviews. I don't know what I was thinking. Anyway, I ordered a medium and when I received it I tried it on immediately. It looked great. But I decided that I wanted it a tiny bit looser. I'm busty and what I don't take up in the back, I will take up in the front. The medium was a perfect fit in the shoulders and all around a good fit, but I just wanted a little bit more room in the butt. I received the large today and I'm happy enough with it. Its a little big, but I rather have more room in the back to cover my behind if I choose. I normally wear a medium in tops so if you do also, I would say stay with the medium, unless you're very busty.
